Test Center Manager

The Test Center Manager leads the day-to-day operations of Prometric’s test centers, overseeing facilities, staffing, and testing procedures to uphold exam integrity. Responsibilities include planning and supervising staff schedules, hiring and training Test Center Administrators, monitoring operating costs and performance against corporate metrics, coaching staff on key performance levers, managing security/verification procedures for test candidates, reviewing timesheets and expenses, ensuring proper security systems and equipment operation, producing detailed center reports, and collaborating with property management to maintain a safe testing environment. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and supervisory abilities, plus the ability to resolve issues and work within an office/center setting.
