Test Center Coordinator Part-time

Test Center Coordinator responsible for coordinating all details for the school’s Test Center, ensuring quiet, well-supported testing spaces for extended-time and make-up testing for Middle and Upper School students, and implementing testing with accommodations in alignment with school procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating use of the Test Center for extensions, make-up testing, and accommodations; proctoring with best practices to maintain standardized testing conditions and testing integrity; ensuring approved accommodations for students with Individual Learning Plans; maintaining accurate confidential records related to Test Center use, student participation, accommodations, and issues; regular communication with the Upper School Learning Specialist to align practices with student support needs; and performing other duties as assigned. Required skills include strong written and verbal English communication, high attention to detail and confidentiality, advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and other technology, ability to leverage AI-generated content and automation tools to streamline workflows, and strong problem-solving and adaptability.
