Job Summary
Test Center Administrator responsible for secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a Pasadena, CA area testing environment. Responsibilities include checking in candidates, verifying identification, proctoring/invigilating exams, troubleshooting technical issues, performing light housekeeping, and adhering to testing procedures; must be able to work a varied part-time schedule (approximately 10-15 hours/week, with potential for more) including mornings/evenings and some Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred
- Must be flexible in work hours and days
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to sit for long periods and escort candidates to testing room
- Able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation
