Job Summary
Prometric Test Center Administrator serves as the front-line face of the testing organization in Lindon, UT. Responsibilities include greeting examinees, verifying identification, performing security checks (including wand screenings), continuously monitoring candidates during exams, reporting issues with urgency, maintaining a secure testing environment, and ensuring a fair, comfortable experience for all examinees. The role requires applying test center policies with integrity, adapting to varied shifts (including weekends), and collaborating with colleagues to uphold high standards.
