Job Summary
Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process while proctoring and invigilating candidates during secure testing. Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments and complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate. Adhere strictly to all testing procedures and company policies using careful judgment to ensure superior customer service in a comfortable environment. This part-time role requires 10-19 hours per week with flexible availability Monday through Saturday between 7:15am and 8:30pm, including occasional Saturdays and Sunday shifts as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible in work hours and days
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment
- Must be able to hear soft voices
- Must be able to see details from a distance
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams
