Job Summary
Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment. Responsibilities include checking in testing candidates, verifying identification, proctoring invigilating exams, troubleshooting technical issues with internal departments, performing light housekeeping (vacuuming floors, sanitizing keyboards) after each candidate, and supporting varied shifts (Mon-Sat, 7 am–10 pm) with flexibility for additional hours as needed. Must meet high school diploma requirement, have strong customer service skills, be comfortable in a testing environment, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly preferred
- Flexible in work hours and days
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to testing room
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation
- Comfortable in a quiet testing environment
