Job Summary
Welcome and check-in customers, verify identification documents, and explain exam testing rules. Comply with security procedures and proctor candidates while they complete their exams. Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments and perform housekeeping duties like vacuuming floors and sanitizing workstations. Escort candidates to and from exam rooms while monitoring for restricted behavior. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts Monday through Sunday, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, at a rate of £13.60 per hour. School qualifications in English and Maths are required, with Microsoft Office experience being an advantage.
