Job Summary
Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Drive adoption of advanced tools and strategies to improve control, accuracy, and reliability of testing; mentor and guide junior team members; collaborate across multiple teams; lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices; coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing with organizational goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Automated Testing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
