Test Automation Expert – T24

Job Summary
Define automation architecture and solutions for standalone and integrated testing of T24 across cloud and on-prem environments. Design strategies to test microservice applications and streaming platforms like Kafka, including API testing with mocks and stubs. Review business requirements and system specifications to define test automation scope and implement continuous testing via CI/CD integration. Drive overall DevOps and test strategy to enable shift left and optimize test cycles while designing test data management solutions for complex landscapes. Collaborate with teams to raise risks and recommend optimal solutions. This role supports Tech Aalto's T24 implementation across modules including COB, OFS, and IRIS, leveraging expertise in Core Java, Cucumber, and containerized environments.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in Core Java and related concepts
- Expertise in Test Automation tool chain Cucumber, TestNG, Selenium, Rest Assured etc
- Experience in implementing test automation for large T24 implementations
- hands on knowledge of T24 across modules and concepts like COB testing, OFS, IRIS, T24 Outbox
- solid understanding on API automation
- Good understanding of CI CD pipelines and tools like Gitlab, Jenkins etc
- Good understanding of containerized env and techs like Docker, Kubernetes
- Very good understanding of best practices, clean code policies, branching strategies and security scans
- Experience on Kafka streaming platforms like Confluent Kafka, IBM MQ etc
Desired Qualifications
- Development experience with hands on exp on Spring boot or similar
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure(preferred)
- Gitlab (preferred)
- Azure(preferred)
