Job Summary
Derive test cases from technical and functional requirements for outpatient medical environments. Plan, conceptualize, and implement manual and automated test scenarios for physician information systems and eHealth solutions. Create, maintain, and extend regression test suites while conducting end-to-end and regression testing with result analysis. Utilize and develop AI-supported workflows using prompts and agents to streamline tasks. Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product managers to embed quality requirements early in the development process. Continuously improve test processes and tool landscapes regarding quality, efficiency, and maintainability. Support defect analysis, reproduction, and prioritization while assisting in release approvals.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung und Testautomatisierung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung und Testautomatisierung in agilen Entwicklungsteams
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medizininformatik oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Erfahrung mit entsprechenden Testansätzen (End-to-End Tests & Regression Tests)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Versionsverwaltungssystemen und modernen Entwicklungswerkzeugen
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Analytisches Denken
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder in regulierten Branchen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Jira Zephyr für Testmanagement und -dokumentation
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierungs-Frameworks wie Playwright in Kombination mit TypeScript
- Erfahrung mit Power Automate
- Programmkenntnisse in Java, C# oder React
