Job Summary
QA Automation Engineer position focusing on transforming manual tests into automated test suites, building and maintaining testing frameworks, and performing integration and E2E system testing with consideration for software/hardware dependencies. The role involves developing and executing test cases in collaboration with the SCRUM team, analyzing results, managing defects, transferring manual tests into automation, designing test strategies for feature implementation, supporting release processes, managing test automation projects and environments, and documenting automated tests from integration and regression levels. The team operates across Bulgaria, Germany, and the U.S. with a hybrid working model and emphasis on continuous integration and collaboration across time zones.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in testing, both manual and automated.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Good coding skills using TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience with automation test cases using Selenium or Playwright.
- Experience using Test Case Management tools (Zephyr would be a plus).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies like SCRUM, KANBAN or SAFe.
- Fluency in English.
