Job Summary
Test Automation Engineer role on Anduril's Lattice platform, responsible for authoring and executing test plans (manual when needed, automated as soon as possible), building and maintaining automated systems for development, verification, and release, developing and maintaining representative test environments (Cloud, Robot, NixOS VM), enabling end-to-end testing across complex systems, integrating regression and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines, and contributing AI-enabled automation to identify and fix issues early in the dev cycle, with onboarding of SWP services into the Integrated Continuous Release (ICR) pipeline and ensuring high-quality, trustable software releases.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience building automated verification suites at scale
- DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- SRE principles, automated testing frameworks, scripting for automation
- Hands-on experience automating Hardware-in-The-Loop (HITL), and Software-in-The-Loop (SITL) engineering and utilization in production release process
- Expertise in automated regression testing, unit testing, and integration testing
- Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system development
- Professional experience with containerization workflows and Terraform
