Test Automation Engineer (5 months-limited)

Job Summary
Develop and automate tests for Bragi's audio products in a partly remote setup. Build cutting-edge tools in Bragi's proprietary audio testing environment to automate audio features for headphones, TWS earbuds, and speakers. Create AI-based scenarios and test cases; work with hardware-in-the-loop setups to verify voice control accuracy, device reliability, and audio quality. Execute a mix of automated and manual tests, improve test coverage and efficiency, analyze results focusing on audio performance and voice interaction, and report findings to developers. Maintain and troubleshoot the audio test infrastructure and document detailed audio and voice-control test plans using Qase.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of software testing experience
- strong skills in Python and object-oriented programming
- experience with version control systems (Git, GitLab)
- solid knowledge of automated testing frameworks and processes
- hands-on experience testing with physical audio devices (headphones, earbuds, speakers)
- proactive, hands-on approach with ownership and collaboration
- interest or experience with AI tooling (e.g., Claude)
- familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
