Job Summary
Senior QA Engineer to design and implement test strategies for RESTful APIs and backend systems. Responsibilities include translating requirements into detailed test plans and test cases, executing functional, integration, regression, and accessibility testing, monitoring results, reporting defects, and following through on resolution. Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to improve testing processes, drive automation best practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines. Requires +6 years of automation testing experience for web, mobile and/or backend; experience with Selenium, Cucumber or similar; API testing, data testing, and/or performance testing; CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins or similar) and GitHub; exposure to AI for Testing and Agile projects.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Automation testing for web, mobile and/or backend
- Leveraging tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar
- Experience implementing an automation framework from scratch or implementing setting up automation testing practice in a project from scratch
- Experience with API Testing, Data Testing and/or performance testing
- Knowledge in CI/CD with Jenkins or similar
- Experience with Github
- Experience in leveraging AI for Testing
- Experience in Agile projects
