Job Summary
Test Asset Management Technical Services Specialist supports Boeing BT&E Flight Test operations by managing 1,100+ Flight Test assets across labs, aircraft, and locations. Responsibilities include storing, tracking, and relocating test equipment; recording and updating databases; restocking and refurb handling; delivering assets to data log stations; and providing high-quality service while meeting regulatory requirements and company policies. Requires US Person for export control, ability to lift 35-40 pounds repeatedly, shipping/receiving and invoicing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; 2nd shift may be required; role is in Seattle/Everett area with union representation.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with shipping and receiving
- 1+ years of experience with reviewing and approving invoices
- 1+ years of experience with maintaining equipment inventory
- Valid driver’s license
- Export Control compliance requirements: “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62
- Ability to lift 35-40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to drive a service van (Preferred)
- Shift: 2nd shift; Union environment (noting shift and union representation)
- Experience supporting Flight Test operations or asset management in aerospace
- US Citizen or lawful permanent resident per export control rules
- Not a safety-sensitive position
- Relocation: not negotiable as a benefit
