Job Summary
Design and develop software development engineering testing solutions using Java and Python, configuring and deploying SDET tools while troubleshooting technical issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop test plans, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery. Maintain documentation and foster open communication within cross-functional teams. Lead team members through strong leadership skills and adapt to changing project priorities. This role supports Incedo's mission of bridging the gap between business and technology across telecom, banking, and healthcare sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 11-12 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university
- Computer science background is preferred
- Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium or TestNG
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it
- Must Display Adaptability to changing circumstances, new technology, and shifting priorities
