Job Summary
Develop and evaluate new diamond tool solutions by performing hands-on testing of prototypes and existing products in laboratory and real-world environments. Establish and improve test methods, coordinate prototype manufacturing, and support the introduction of new products into production. Analyze test results to recommend design improvements while assessing manufacturing risks and validating materials and suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements, cost reduction, and process optimization for Husqvarna's global product portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Product Development, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Driver's license
