Job Summary
Perform functional testing of NVIDIA GPU/Tegra products in the Board Level Reliability lab, setting up functional test hardware and software for server systems; develop and maintain scripts for automated test programs; conduct mechanical and electrical testing including PFA, CSAM, and X-ray inspection to identify failure mechanisms; analyze failure data, generate detailed root-cause reports, and maintain lab infrastructure and calibration; require a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with at least 5 years semiconductor failure analysis experience, and demonstrate strong electronics reliability knowledge, hands-on experience with failure analysis techniques, and proficiency with test instruments, OSs, and scripting for automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 year semiconductor FA experience
- Strong understanding of electronics reliability concepts and failure mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with failure analysis techniques including PFA, CSAM, and X-ray inspection
- Familiarity with electronic testing, reliability validation, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Comfortable working with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, CentOS)
- Basic programming/scripting knowledge for test automation
- Experience with lab instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, curve tracers, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive tasks to closure
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
