Job Summary

Design, plan, and execute test and evaluation programs for aeronautical systems across acquisition phases, including FAA certifications. Develop executable T&E plans by evaluating resource levels, defining task scopes, and selecting alternatives. Review program documentation for weapon system contracts, from pre-award criteria to post-award actions, ensuring compliance with requirements and mandatory guidance. Prepare and maintain comprehensive test strategies, reports, and objectives while recommending improvements. Assess test data requirements to meet program objectives within cost and schedule constraints. Requires Secret clearance, DoD experience, and a relevant degree or equivalent years of experience. Located in Dayton, Ohio, Warner Robins, Georgia, or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

  • One of the following combinations of education/experience:
  • MA/MS degree
  • twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed
  • five (5) years of which must be in the DoD
  • BA/BS degree
  • fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed
  • five (5) of which must be in the DoD
  • HSD/GED
  • twenty (20) years of directly related experience
  • eight (8) of which must be in the DoD
  • Demonstrated experience with test and evaluation plans
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security clearance at the required level
  • Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation
  • meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
