Job Summary
Coordinate system-level test planning, execution, and reporting for the IFPC Second Interceptor, ensuring all objectives meet established test plans and directives. Schedule required systems and resources by coordinating with multiple offices and attending data reviews and scheduling meetings. Collaborate across CPE Defensive Fires product offices and multidisciplinary Integrated Product Teams to support developmental, operational, and test activities. Lead missile flight test missions and oversee complex engineering processes for assigned projects. Requires a BS or BA degree, 10 years of related experience including 7 years with Air and Missile Defense systems, and a Secret security clearance. Some travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Required BS or BA degree
- 10 years of related experience
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience with Air and Missile Defense (AMD) systems such as PATRIOT, IBCS, LTAMDS, M‐SHORAD, and/or IFPC Inc 2
- Experience supporting or leading missile flight test missions
- Working knowledge of DoW, Army Acquisition processes and Test & Evaluation procedures
- Some travel
- Must have in‐scope Secret security clearance
