Test and Balance Technician

Responsible for working in a team environment with technicians and customers to service, maintain, respond to and resolve routine Air and Water Balance concerns for the Durham sites. Day-to-day includes performing and entering monthly and quarterly system capacity readings, balancing newly installed and existing Fab tools, investigating and resolving routine trouble calls, and air balancing for various areas inside and outside the Fab. Proactively identify opportunities to reduce hazards impacting personnel health and environment. Drive quality improvement initiatives to reduce Fab impacts, improve efficiency and identify cost savings. Operate and maintain equipment per manufacturer and company guidelines to meet safety and quality expectations. Ensure area-specific procedures exist and submit updates when needed. Make recommendations for preventative maintenance and other nonroutine issues. Monitor, analyze and address issues for area processes each shift; support and escalate as needed. This role requires 10 years of TB experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Suite for reporting, physical ability to climb ladders and lift 40 lbs, and compliance with export control laws.
