Job Summary
The Test Administrator role supports secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment at Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities include checking in candidates, verifying IDs, proctoring/invigilating exams, troubleshooting technical issues with internal teams, and performing light housekeeping (vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards) after each candidate. Shifts vary across days (Monday–Saturday) with flexible scheduling; part-time hours range roughly 5–19 per week, with potential for additional hours as needed. Requires strong teamwork, ability to follow procedures, and comfort with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly preferred
- Must be flexible in work hours and days
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to sit for long periods and assist candidates to/from testing room
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable in a quiet testing environment
- Must be able to verify identification and explain exam process
- Must be able to adhere to testing procedures and company policies
