Job Summary
Conduct secure exam delivery by checking in candidates, verifying identification, and proctoring them throughout the testing process. Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments and complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate. Adhere strictly to all testing procedures and company policies using careful judgment to maintain a comfortable environment. Work part-time shifts between 7:30 am and 6 pm, Monday through Saturday, with flexible scheduling available at least two weeks in advance. This temporary role offers a starting pay of $18.55 per hour within Pearson VUE's global network of test centers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible in work hours and days
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to hear soft voices
- Must be able to see details from a distance
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
