Job Summary
Manage day-to-day exam delivery for IELTS tests by monitoring tasks, setting up rooms, and providing venue IT support for terminals and recording devices. Perform light cleaning duties including tidying surfaces and emptying bins while ensuring strict security to preserve exam integrity. Conduct regular audits and use personal devices for self-led training and correspondence, adhering to GDPR and safeguarding policies. Deliver high-level customer care and actively cross-sell products. Work mostly on Saturdays and Sundays with immediate start availability.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent
- Proficient in English (CEFR B2 or above)
- Comfortable with common IT hardware and software
- Meticulous and organised in your approach
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude
- Willingness to adapt to varying working hours
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS Check with Child and Adult Barred List information (or equivalent for overseas applicants)
- At least two satisfactory references, one of which must be the most recent employer
- Proof of identity and right to work in the UK
