Job Summary
Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service by checking in candidates, verifying identification, and proctoring them throughout the testing process. Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments and complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards. Strictly adhere to company policies and testing procedures using careful judgment while maintaining a comfortable environment. This temporary part-time role in Jericho, NY, requires availability for Monday through Saturday shifts between 7:20 AM and 8:00 PM, including one to three Saturdays per month. The position offers 8-16 hours per week plus eligible accrued paid sick time. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible in work hours and days
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to escort candidates to and from testing room
- Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment
- Must be able to hear soft voices
- Must be able to see details from a distance
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams
