Job Summary
Serve shoppers with passion and pride by greeting them with a smile, building rapport, and making decisions that meet their needs. Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas while handling products with care to maintain quality and reduce waste. Put into practice training to work safely and effectively, taking the initiative to deliver routines that drive service and sales. Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere and support the team. Be at work on time, well presented, and ready to act as a brand ambassador while following policies and living our values.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over 18 to apply
- Must be available for the specified days and times (Sun 12:00-21:00, Mon 10:00-17:00, Tue 16:00-22:00, Fri 16:00-22:00, Sat 12:00-18:00)
- Must be able to work minimum 16 guaranteed hours each week (or minimum 12 hours if requested)
- Must be able to accept deliveries into the store at times
- Must be at work on time, well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador
