Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including picking, replenishment, and product handling to ensure quality and reduce waste. Serve shoppers with great natural service by building rapport, making customer-focused decisions, and greeting them with a smile. Work across service and sales areas to drive profit, manage seasonal events, and maintain an inclusive atmosphere. Handle deliveries when required and follow safety policies while acting as a brand ambassador. Be available during specific evening and weekend windows to support flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over 18 to apply
- Must be available for the specified days and times: Sun 08:00-14:00, Tue 17:00-23:00, Thu 17:00-23:00, Sat 08:00-14:00
- Must be available for at least 16 guaranteed hours per week (or minimum 12 hours)
- Must be able to accept deliveries into the store at times required
- Must be at work on time, well presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador
