Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including service, picking, and replenishment to serve shoppers with passion and pride. Handle product deliveries, maintain quality standards, and make decisions that meet customer needs while reducing waste and driving sales. Work across the store to build team rapport, celebrate success, and participate in seasonal or charity events. Ensure safety by applying training received and follow policies to act as a brand ambassador. Schedule shifts within advertised availability windows with three weeks' notice prior to start.
