Job Summary
Serve shoppers with passion and pride by greeting customers, building rapport, and making decisions that meet their needs at the right time. Work across the store in service and picking/replenishment areas, handling products with care to maintain quality and reduce waste. Put training into practice to work safely and effectively while taking part in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere. Accept deliveries into the store as required and communicate openly with colleagues to build team spirit. Be at work on time, well presented, and ready to act as a brand ambassador.
