Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, serve shoppers with pride, and build rapport to ensure a great shopping experience. Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas, handling products with care to maintain quality. Make decisions that are right for customers, deliver routines that meet their needs, and take the initiative to drive service and sales while reducing waste. Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere. Put training into practice to work safely and effectively, and be at work on time as a brand ambassador. Accept deliveries into the store as required. This role offers a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with pay starting at £13.28 per hour (increasing to £14.55 for M25 locations), and includes 3 weeks' notice for shift scheduling.
