Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, serve shoppers with pride, and build rapport to ensure they leave with a great shopping experience. Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas while handling products with care to maintain quality. Make decisions that are right for customers, deliver routines that meet their needs, and take the initiative to drive service and sales. Put training into practice to work safely and effectively, and participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere. Be at work on time, well presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador while following policies and supporting the team. This role offers a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with availability windows from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM on selected days, and a starting rate of £13.28 per hour (increasing to £14.55 within the M25).
