Job Summary
Facilitate referrals, engagement, and transport for Jobseekers while maintaining accurate records within ECSN and supporting the Remote Australia Employment Services program. Provide culturally sensitive day-to-day support to assist participation in employment activities, including timely follow-up on non-attendance and operational tasks for Case Managers. Maintain professional conduct when working with children, people with disabilities, and vulnerable individuals, ensuring all safety concerns are reported in line with duty of care obligations. Requires Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity, current NT Driver's Licence, Ochre Card, and Police Check.
Required Qualifications
- Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
- Reliable, punctual, and be able to maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to provide accurate records.
- Ability to use email and web‐based applications.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a cross‐cultural environment and maintain positive working relationships.
- Ability to provide operational support across all employment services teams.
- Current NT Drivers Licence
- NT Working with Children (Ochre) Card
- satisfactory Police Check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in and knowledge of Employment Services Industry Systems.
- Current First Aid Certificate, or ability and willingness to attain.
- An understanding of Aboriginal culture as well as a broad range of contemporary issues affecting Central Australian Aboriginal people.
