Job Summary
Territory Service Sales Representative responsible for prospecting and lead generation within a designated territory, researching potential customers, and developing targeted outreach to build strong relationships. Present FleetPride’s solutions in a consultative manner, negotiate and close deals, onboard new customers, and develop account growth plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with Service Center teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive ongoing account growth. Requires High School Diploma (or GED), valid driver’s license, 1-2 years of sales/business development experience, and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce) is expected; experience with lead generation tools like Rigdig is a plus. Travel to customer sites and events is implied by the working conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Experience in the Medium/Heavy Duty Service industry is preferred
