Job Summary
Territory Sales Supervisor in Multan leads franchise/retail development and operational execution to meet regional sales KPIs. Responsibilities include daily market visits for stock checks, franchise assignment and follow-up, building retailer relations, enabling market activation, optimizing trade marketing and channel footprint, and driving growth in JazzCash, postpaid/prepaid sales, remittances, and related products. Plays a key role in planning BTl activities with retailers, ensuring retailer servicing standards, managing reports and visits, and pushing improvements in KPIs across activation, wallet usage, data devices, and retail base expansion. The role emphasizes end-to-end accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive process improvements to increase sales penetration and channel profitability. Required Qualifications
- Has relevant experience of sales management
- able to work remotely as well as under supervision
- delivered on challenging projects
- achieve monthly KPI targets (Jazz Cash Wallet Activation, Post-paid & Prepaid Sales, Remittances, and Cash in)
- experience in channel development and franchise management
