Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative at Spectrum accountable for acquiring new residential customers by visiting leads, conducting needs analyses, presenting sales proposals, and achieving monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services. Must be able to work 90% outdoors, travel to and from territories, and operate with minimal office time. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work evenings/weekends, and a valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle. The role emphasizes face-to-face customer engagement, territory management, and consultative selling in a field environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English language
- Engaging interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle
