Job Summary
Outside sales role with Spectrum requiring in-person, door-to-door engagement to acquire residential customers in Mililani Town, HI. Responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, preparing and presenting sales proposals, completing orders and reports, and meeting monthly targets across Spectrum’s high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services. Must be able to travel within the territory, work outdoors in various weather, and maintain bilingual English-Spanish communication; a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required. Competitive base pay with incentives; total compensation can exceed $100K for top performers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years sales or relevant work experience
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
