Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for acquiring residential customers in assigned territory, conducting consultative needs analyses, presenting tailored sales proposals for Spectrums high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services, completing all required sales documentation, and meeting monthly targets. Role involves approximately 90% outdoor work, travel to local communities, ongoing participation in sales meetings and training, and providing exceptional customer service. Requires strong English communication, interpersonal skills, ability to read and articulate pitches, and a valid drivers license with access to a personal vehicle. Spectrum offers base pay with incentives, and potential total compensation over $100,000 annually.»
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather)
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- A valid drivers license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle
