Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to acquire new residential Spectrum customers through face-to-face visits to assigned leads. Conduct consultative needs analyses, tailor product recommendations, present compelling sales proposals, and complete all required sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry, and reporting. Travel to and work across assigned territories (primarily outdoors) and participate in sales meetings and training, with monthly targets across Spectrum services (high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video). The role emphasizes independent field work, customer engagement, and the ability to adapt pitches to customer needs while maintaining a strong pipeline and providing exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities
- Valid drivers license, car insurance, satisfactory driving record, and use of a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Must be able to work outdoors/field and travel door-to-door for extensive periods in local communities
