Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative for Spectrum in North Canton, OH who will acquire new residential customers by visiting leads, conduct consultative needs analyses, present tailored sales proposals, complete required sales documentation, participate in sales meetings, and drive monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services. The role involves extensive outdoor activity (approx. 90% time outdoors) with minimal time in an office, travel within assigned territories, and a base salary plus incentives with total compensation potential over $100,000 annually including commission. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and strong interpersonal and sales skills. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle

- Ability to listen, formulate needs based sales strategies, and articulate pitches
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- 2+ years sales or relevant work experience (preferred)
