Job Summary
Manage and grow an assigned sales territory through prospecting, cold calling, and networking while developing strong relationships with new and existing clients. Present company products and services to potential customers, meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the territory and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM software. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency with CRM platforms. Offers flexible schedule, paid time off, and uncapped commission potential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in territory sales, outside sales, or a related B2B/B2C sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard sales tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- High school diploma
