Territory Sales Specialist role focused on bridging technical solutions with customer needs in Osaka, collaborating with internal teams and partners to drive sales, prepare presentations and quotations, negotiate terms, provide pre-sales technical support, analyze costs and sales performance, and enable partners through training and demonstrations. Emphasis on UPS and DC power systems within data-center relevant environments; requires engineering background and bilingual communication in Japanese and English.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a pre-sales role, preferably within the Mechanical & Electrical contractor industry or a related sector
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, batteries, and DC power systems
  • Familiarity with mission-critical infrastructure, especially for data centers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Effective communication skills in both Japanese and English
