Territory Sales Specialist - Miami South

Territory Sales Specialist responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to target and establish a network of key decision makers across multiple medical subspecialties within a defined geographic area. The role involves calling on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and retail pharmacies (chain and independent), managing hybrid relationships through a mix of in-person and virtual engagement, leveraging data sources to maximize ROI, tracking territory information in a CRM system, and striving to attain or exceed sales and profit goals. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales experience, strong business acumen and clinical message articulation, excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva), and the ability to work individually and within a team.
