Job Summary

Territory Sales Specialist in British Columbia responsible for representing Niterra within auto parts warehouses, jobber stores, and ASP communities across the BC territory. Drive full sales cycles from prospecting to close, conduct product trainings, lead rollout of new products, maintain CRM records, and deliver pull-through demand strategies to grow adoption of Niterra products. Role emphasizes face-to-face engagements with ASPs and store managers/owners, achievement of annual sales targets, collaboration with internal teams, providing technical product guidance, and supporting inventory optimization based on data and market insights. Requires a data-driven sales background, strong organizational skills, ability to travel, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and excellent English communication (French preferred).

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree, Automotive Trade degree, or a minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the automotive aftermarket industry
