Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative in Washington with remote-flex option and regular in-person client engagement. Drive growth by managing full sales cycle in a defined territory for refrigeration, HVAC, and ice cream equipment service solutions; build and maintain customer relationships through in-person visits, calls, and email; identify opportunities, propose preventative maintenance and service offerings, and travel within the territory (up to 50%, limited overnight travel). Must have outside/service-based sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Outlook/Teams/Excel, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass background checks and drug screening. Company vehicle provided; emphasizes uncapped earning potential, comprehensive benefits, and hands-on training; location focus in Washington with travel to Mukilteo and Ferndale offices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in outside or service-based sales
- Industry experience in foodservice, HVAC, refrigeration, or related field preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
