Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative for Techo-Bloc in the Mountain Region (Denver and Salt Lake City). Own and develop the territory by building a dealer network with contractors, designers, and homeowners; drive territory growth, educate installers on product applications, and maintain brand presence through CRM activity and trade shows. You’ll train dealer staff, provide samples/catalogs for marketing support, and leverage data insights (Power BI, CRM) to sharpen strategy. Grow market penetration by actively hunting opportunities, maintaining 40+ CRM touches weekly, and establishing yourself as the hardscape expert and trusted advisor on job sites. The role emphasizes relationship-building, field presence in the Denver and Salt Lake City markets, and a clear path for career progression within a brand-recognized outdoor living company.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience selling into a dealer network OR direct experience in hardscape or building materials
- Hunter's mentality and proactive lead generation
- Strong relationship instincts and ability to build trust long-term
- Data fluency with CRM, Excel, and Power BI
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
