Territory Sales Representative - Southwest Region

Job Summary
Develop and grow HGNA portfolio brands in the Southwest region (CA and AZ), building a customer-centric, high-performing territory and securing sustainable sales growth. Drive direct sales and account conversion, expand share of wallet with key accounts, activate brand and product marketing campaigns, collaborate with sales agencies, represent the company at trade shows and dealer events, provide market and customer insights to inform decisions, and maintain discipline in pipeline and CRM while delivering product/sales training and ongoing account management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent job experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions
- Knowledge of product categories (levels, work gear, hand tools, HGNA lines) preferred
- Positive with entrepreneurial experience and process/structure mindset
