Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist in Tysons, VA responsible for promoting SpotOn’s full product suite to local restaurants within a defined territory. You’ll travel to client sites to prospect, build relationships with SMB restaurant operators, sign up new merchants, and manage the full sales cycle to hit targets. Responsibilities include representing SpotOn in the community, selling software and POS solutions with payment processing, collaborating with Sales Support, and maintaining a growing client portfolio. Required skills include 2+ years of B2B sales in restaurants/merchants, proven goal-driven performance, strong cold calling and prospecting, CRM experience (Salesforce a plus), relationship management, and the ability to learn technology concepts and apply them to business situations. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with an emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants
- Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented, need-to-win attitude
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience
- Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM is a plus
- Maintain and manage the client relationship in collaboration with internal support teams
- The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
