Job Summary
SpotOn Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist in San Francisco, CA drives adoption of SpotOn’s full product suite among local restaurants and merchants. Responsibilities include traveling to client sites within the assigned territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local business owners; managing the full sales cycle from start to finish; hitting sales targets focused on software & POS solutions and payment processing; collaborating with Sales Support to achieve monthly goals; leveraging technology understanding and CRM (Salesforce) to manage relationships and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with an emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants
- Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented, need-to-win attitude
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience
- Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM is a plus
- Maintain and manage the client relationship in collaboration with our internal support teams to ensure the success & satisfaction of your customer portfolio
- The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
