Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist in Rancho Cucamonga, CA responsible for promoting SpotOn’s full product suite to local independent restaurants and SMBs. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, travel within the designated territory to meet with restaurant owners, sign up new local merchants, and achieve sales targets focused on software, POS solutions, and payment processing. Collaborate with Sales Support to reach monthly goals, learn technology basics relevant to business needs, and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing satisfaction. Compensation includes base salary and commission with on-target earnings potential, plus comprehensive benefits and education reimbursement. Remote-work option indicated; role base location in CA with local travel to client sites.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants
- Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented, need-to-win attitude
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience
- Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM is a plus
- Maintain and manage the client relationship in collaboration with internal support teams to ensure customer success
