Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist in Pasadena, CA responsible for promoting SpotOn's full product suite to local restaurants, traveling within a designated territory to prospect and sign up new merchants, and managing the full sales cycle from start to finish. Focus areas include selling software & POS solutions and payment processing, achieving sales targets, collaborating with Sales Support, and leveraging CRM (Salesforce) to grow a portfolio of local business customers. The role emphasizes relationship-building with restaurant owners, understanding SMB challenges, and applying technology basics to business needs. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with an emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants
- Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented, need-to-win attitude
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience
- Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM is a plus
- Maintain and manage the client relationship in collaboration with internal support teams to ensure success and satisfaction of your customer portfolio
- The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
